Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation within twenty-four hours of the appointment incurs 100% of the treatment cost cancellation fee, cancellation within forty-eight to twenty-four hours prior to the appointment incurs a 50% of treatment cost cancellation fee. Cancellation forty-eight hours prior to appointment does not incur a charge. Cancellation fees may be waivered if under extenuating circumstances. YOU MUST CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT IF YOUR ANIMAL IS SUFFERING FROM A CONTAGIOUS DISEASE.

Payment:

​Services must be paid in full on the day of the consultation or prior, unless agreed otherwise.​​ Payment is accepted by cash or bank transfer.

Privacy Policy:

The personal data that we collect about you will include your name and contact details, and the health/medical history of your animal, to identify individual clients and needs. All data will be stored securely in accordance to GDPR 2019 standards and kept for up to 7 years, as required for insurance purposes. Paper records will be stored securely in locked storage and electronic records will be stored on a password protected computer. The data collected will be used as a record of your animal’s treatment and any changes that may occur in their health. Information will be shared ONLY with your animal’s vet for the purposes of keeping them informed of progress and changes with therapy.

Jess Winrow Equine Physiotherapy reserves the right to refuse treatment to any animal and may wish to refer the client back to their vet where necessary.
